About Me
Hi, I’m Lize — photographer, image healer, and the founder of Okoh’s Boudoir. I create transformative portrait experiences designed to help women see themselves with confidence, compassion, and a deep sense of worth.
With a background in Psychology and Sociology, my work is rooted in understanding how we see ourselves and how powerful it can be to shift that perspective. Every session is intentionally designed to create a space where you feel safe, guided, and truly seen.
Through my lens, I help women reconnect with themselves, honour their stories, and step into a more confident version of who they already are.
It’s an honour to do this work, and I would love to support you on your own journey of self-celebration and personal transformation.

From the get-go, communication was flawless and the preparation guides really helped me figure out what to wear on my shoot. The day of the shoot was so much fun, felt so comfortable and Lize was the ultimate hype girl! I had such a fantastic day and left feeling a million $$. I did a Boudoir shoot with Lize and while I was nervous before the shoot, she navigated me through all the poses and what she would like me to do with my hands, face etc. and it was such a liberating experience! She was professional throughout the day. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
What can I say other than phenomenal. Everything about the day from the makeup and hair stylist to the actual shooting and photos. Any nerves I had soon left the moment I stepped into the premises. I felt confident, sexy and totally in control. I have alot of respect for lize who showed me how and all the poses to do. And always made sure I was happy. Id recommended this to anyone. Regardless of your confidence you have to do this with lize its worth every penny and time!!

I had such a wonderful time doing this shoot with Lize! I went in feeling quite nervous about it but she immediately made me feel so comfortable and confident. Lize is a fantastic photographer she is able to guide you gently into poses and angles that work best for you and produced some of the BEST photos I have seen of myself! The entire day from hair and makeup to the pictures was just fantastic. I would recommend this service to everyone. Truly had such a confident and uplifting day. Lize is truly amazing. She really made me feel comfortable and at ease in a safe environment. Bring an older and bigger person I was really doubting I had the right body to do this, but with Lize's help and patience the photos were amazing and I cannot wait to get the finished items or see the future hubby's face when he gets his gift.
I had the most incredible boudoir photoshoot today and I honestly can’t stop smiling about it! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely celebrated. The whole experience was empowering, confidence-boosting, and so much fun. Lize was absolutely amazing. She made me feel at ease straight away, guided me beautifully through poses, and knew exactly how to capture the best angles while still keeping everything natural and authentic. Her energy is warm, professional, and so encouraging – I felt confident and supported the entire time. The attention to detail, the atmosphere, and the way she hypes you up throughout the shoot make such a difference. It truly felt like an experience, not just a photoshoot. I’m an incredibly shy person normally and I’m not even sure I would have signed up to doing this without meeting Lize at the wedding fayre and I’m so glad I did ! I was so unbelievably nervous and uncomfortable, as soon as I arrived Lize made me feel so welcome and relaxed. Lize is an amazing person and has an amazing talent of making you feel so confident and beautiful, even in such a vulnerable situation. Lize attends to every single detail getting the most amazing pictures, I couldn’t even believe they were me in those pictures. If you are thinking about it, I encourage you to go for it, the most amazing experiencing I’ve had !
Lize is incredible! Going into the shoot I felt nervous as it was my first time doing something like this but all of the communications and handy tips Lize shared beforehand did a great job at calming my anxieties. When I arrived Lize and her make up artist were incredibly warm and inviting and instantly I felt comfortable. Lize was incredible when it came to directing my positioning and posing and I CANNOT WAIT to gift these to my soon-to-be husband!
Liz is a wonderful lady, from the first contact she made me feel at easy. All the way thought the photo shoot she took her time to make sure she got the best possible photos. When it was time to pick what photo I loved it was very hard as there was so many photos that I feel in love with. If you thinking about then do it with Liz as I have recommended her to all my friends and family.
