Danni travelled all the way from Sheffield to our photography studio in London. Her boudoir session was amazing right from the start and we’re so grateful she chose to work with us!
It was so special that she not only wanted to do it for herself but to also gift an album to her Fiancé on the morning of their wedding.

Why did you do your boudoir shoot?
I was one of the selected winners of Lize’s Goddess competition. I initially entered to give my future husband a lovely surprise on the morning of the big day and to make it a joint Christmas and birthday present too.
What did this shoot do for your self-confidence and self-image?
It brought out a side of me that I never thought I’d have. Also, my confidence has grown after seeing the pictures. Even as a plus-size woman, it shows that some poses work perfectly to hide the bits I’ve always been conscious of.
I felt empowered and had a strong sense of who I am, and I rocked it!
What was your favourite part of the session?
Loved the chit-chat during the hair and make-up process. I found this really helped set the excitement and mood for the shoot. Of course, doing the different poses to get the best shots was great fun too.
Was your experience what you were expecting?
It was way more than I expected! It was informative and relaxed, and time genuinely flew. But they always say time flies when you’re having fun!
What would you say to anyone who’s feeling nervous about having a session of their own?
Don’t be afraid. When you book, take the opportunity to talk with Lize and Attia (the hair & make-up stylist), they will both have you laughing and smiling before the camera is turned on.
Lize’s directions are clear and she will do everything possible to make sure you’re comfortable with the poses.
Is there anything else you would like to share?
Thank you so much for the experience. It’s honestly been amazing. I was so nervous beforehand but it’s amazing how many poses you can get through with certain outfits! X
